Tonight on the DJBC Happy Hour, the 65th Annual Primetime Emmy Awards are recapped, from the Creative Arts Ceremony that took place on September 15 at the Nokia Theatre in Hollywood, to the Upset-laden Ceremony which aired on CBS on September 22, also from the Nokia Theatre.
